A Better Night’s Sleep (HLC) Virtual Workshop

December 8 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Sleep deprivation can have a detrimental affect on one’s ability to focus, as well as negatively effect mood, hunger/appetite, and stress levels. In this program, participants will learn about obstacles
they might face to getting a good night’s sleep. This program offers tips and tools for achieving better sleep and will answer any questions that may come up along the way. This workshop is approximately 60 minutes.

Audience: Harvard Longwood Campus staff, faculty, and post-docs
