Better Sleep for Better Health

This session will build your knowledge of the deep connections between sleep and the many aspects of physical, emotional and cognitive health. By means of questions and answers, attendees will learn about their own sleep and be able to recognize symptoms of the most common sleep disorders. Better sleep is attainable by anyone! We will discuss the far-reaching effects of insufficient sleep and learn about the many effective treatments for sleep disorders. Guided relaxation exercises are included to teach techniques for initiating sleep and returning to sleep.
