Introduction to Ayurveda

Ayurveda, a medical science of India, focused on healing and maintaining the quality and longevity of life by understanding the balance and imbalances in the body so that we can avoid diseases and its progression by addressing the causative factors early on. In this workshop we will break down the basic every day Ayurvedic routines and understand our body’s constitution in relation to the Ayurvedic doshas. We will also explore tips on how to prepare the body for our day by day changes by following certain routines and practices that will nourish the deep tissues to sustain energy throughout the year.
