Power Bowl Cooking Class

Registered Dietitian Rachel Artus will conduct a virtual cooking class preparing a Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl. This versatile recipe can be tailored to be vegan, vegetarian or for any meat-loving individual! This simple recipe encompasses the foundation of Mediterranean cooking, healthy fats, vegetables and whole grains. Participants are welcome to purchase the ingredients and cook with Rachel or watch as she prepares the dish. This workshop will also provide the opportunity to learn about importance of good nutrition as well as provide an opportunity for Q&A.
