It’s Summer time! Do you enjoy the long days of bright sunlight or would you rather be at home with a/c on? Depending on your constitution, summer may increase your internal sense of harmony, or it may aggravate one of your innate tendencies. Either way, we should learn to live in harmony and balance by constantly adjusting our lifestyle and habits to accommodate each season. During this workshop, we’ll talk diet & lifestyle habits for summer time to stay cool and recognize our body & mind’s natural cravings to regulate heat. A proper seasonal diet & routine will be supportive of a strong digestive system that consequently serves strong immunity. Let’s follow the rhythms of the macrocosm, and stay in tune to stay healthy.
