Virtual Cardio Dance Fitness – Live Classes

Start your weekend with a fun, upbeat cardio dance class that will give you energy and good vibes. No dance experience is needed for this 45-minute class, which will feature a combination of easy-to-follow dance moves to pop music and body-weight toning exercises. The only equipment needed is a pair of athletic shoes, a yoga mat or towel, and water. While this class is designed to be done anywhere, we recommend that you have at least a 6’x6′ area of floor space.
