Walking Your Why

August 18 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Messages about what is important and what makes us worthy are constantly bombarding us. And other’s actions and decisions affect us more that we realize. As a result, many of us are disengaged and dissatisfied with the choices we make and the work we do. Understanding the set of values that are truly our own and not imposed by others, is crucial to reverse this.

In this insightful session, you will go through very practical tools to:
  • uncover what is important to you through your own experience
  • gain insights in how these values have been driving your decisions
  • increase clarity in your why and how you can more actively put it into action

Audience: Harvard University Staff, Faculty and Post Docs
