Yoga: Energize and Restore (HLC) Virtual Session

Please join Dimitra on Zoom for a peaceful, slow-flow yoga practice that will focus on being present in body, breath, and mind. Have a yoga mat, and any other optional props to make yourself comfortable: blocks, strap, bolster cushion, and blanket. A chair or access to a wall can also be used for support.
