This workshop is a mindful approach to well-being and managing stress through gentle movements, breathing techniques, and an introduction to Sudarshan Kriya (SKY) meditation. During this 30 minute session, participants will be guided through evidence-based breathing techniques for deep relaxation. Paint Away the Stress (HLC)

Countway Library, Ballard Room

Participants will create an art piece that represents healthy breathwork. Facilitator will guide participants on a journey of mindfulness using the art process and coping skills to reduce feelings of anxiety, frustration, stress, or anger. Breathwork will anchor you to the present moment and state of awareness, which will be the catalyst for the creative process.
