Q: Who is eligible to be considered for Harvard Heroes?
A: Administrative/professional, support, and service/trades staff with at least one year of benefits-eligible service can be nominated.

Q: What process does the Harvard Heroes Selection Committee follow to select the HLC Honorees from the overall list of HLC Nominees?
A: The HLC Selection Committee adheres to these Guidelines.

Q: Can I find out who nominated me?
A: Contact Susanna Katsman and she will check with your nominator whether it’s ok to share their name. Some nominators prefer to remain anonymous.

Q: When will I find out if I have been selected a Harvard Hero?
A: You will be notified by Monday, April 11th.

Q: How are the Harvard Heroes celebrated?
A: This year’s Harvard Heroes awards ceremony, hosted by President Drew G. Faust, will be held Monday, June 6, 3:30 p.m. in the Memorial Hall, Sanders Theatre. Reception to follow at Annenberg Hall (next to Sanders Theatre). All employees are invited and no tickets are needed!
