Lactation Rooms

**Recently eight lactation rooms were renovated on the Longwood Campus (TMEC, NRB, Armenise, 641 Huntington, Gordon Hall, Kresge G17A, Kresge 201B, and FXB G01). Enhancements included new furniture, paint, decor, and appliances with the intention to create a more welcoming space for new parents.**

Lactation Rooms are comfortable, secure spaces available to all Longwood area employees to use for breastfeeding or expressing breast milk. Medela Symphony hospital grade pumps are provided. Below you will find information on locations, logistics, and support.

All reservations must be made through RoomBook. Upon registration you will be given a RoomBook account to manage your reservations and see when the rooms are available. Within RoomBook, you will be able to see all necessary steps to gain access to specific rooms. Where applicable, your Harvard ID card will give you access to rooms via card-tap devices. This initial clearance will last six months, but is renewable.

To register, please complete the registration form on the Lactation Support page. You will receive an automated confirmation email that includes follow-up instructions, which include how to find, reserve, and access all lactation rooms across campus. Buildings with resident lactation rooms can be seen on the Harvard Campus Lactation Room Map.

If you have questions with registering, please email worklife@harvard.edu.
