Manager Discussion Forum (HLC)
Topic: Understanding Intrinsic Motivation and Psychological Safety as a Key to Team Effectiveness.
This forum will examine the role of intrinsic motivation in enhancing team effectiveness and fostering psychological safety. The discussion will focus on the connection between intrinsic motivation and psychological safety and how managers can foster this environment where team members feel secure, valued and encouraged to take risks, with the goal of becoming a more innovative and cohesive team.

60–90-minute discussion groups for managers to discuss and share their experiences on a specific leadership topic. Each forum will have a different topic with a brief overview provided and then opened for discussion amongst those in attendance.
