Virtual 5K Training Group & Kickoff Call

Ready to achieve your running goals this fall? Our 5K Virtual Training Team is designed to guide you through an 8-week journey (9/16/24 – 11/10/24), to successfully complete a 5K (3.1 miles). Whether you’re running or walking, this flexible program allows you to train anywhere, anytime, fitting seamlessly into your busy schedule.
Key Features:
- Structured Training Plan: Receive a weekly plan with both running and walking options. Training calendar will be emailed to participants the week prior to the start of the training.
- Flexible Commitment: Commit to training just 2-3 days per week at times that suit you best. All fitness levels welcome!
- Expert Guidance: Benefit from the expertise of a certified running coach who will provide weekly educational content to enhance your training and performance.
- Community Support: Stay motivated and hold yourself accountable by connecting with fellow participants through our Team’s Training page. Share your progress, celebrate milestones, and encourage one another throughout the journey.
