Topic: Performance Management Case Study – Assigning Ratings

Managers will soon be in the midst of the Performance Management Process. Evaluating and applying the performance rating meanings takes time and can be challenging. Join us for an interactive exercise where managers work together to assign performance ratings in a case study scenario to discuss their rationales and decision and then examine strategies of how to communicate to team members.
