Manager Discussion Forum: Giving and Receiving Feedback

60–90-minute discussion groups for managers to discuss and share their experiences on a specific leadership topic. Each forum will have a different topic with a brief overview provided and then opened for discussion amongst those in attendance.
Topic: Giving and Receiving Feedback
An overview of best practices for giving and receiving feedback, as well as discussions on techniques to remain open and non-defensive to feedback from colleagues and team members. Examine the role of trust and psychological safety on a team, and the value of creating a culture of open communication on your team.
Please note, this virtual workshop is a camera-on event, and there will be break-out discussion groups. We kindly ask all participants to have their cameras on throughout the session to encourage active engagement and foster a collaborative learning environment.
