Communicating with Impact

We’re excited to offer a new professional development program designed to help staff strengthen and refine their leadership presence. This will be the second group to complete the program! This interactive series will introduce essential communication techniques that can elevate how you show up as a leader — whether in meetings, one-on-one conversations, or larger organizational settings.

*Class meets every Friday from 10am-12pm from 1/16 – 2/13

Class Dates: 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/13


The program includes four focused modules:
1.Personal Gravitas and Brand – Cultivate the presence and professional identity you want to project.
2.Increasing Emotional Intelligence and Self-Awareness – Deepen your understanding of self and others for stronger interpersonal impact.
3.Professional Communications to Build Rapport – Learn how to foster connection and trust through everyday communication.
4.Communicating to Influence – Discover strategies to inspire action and reach win-win outcomes.
The 5th module will be used to debrief with participants and address an additional topic based on participant feedback.
