Start the new year with a team exercise focused on improving team communication.  Nine times out of ten, when there is a team issue communication is at the root cause.  This workshop for managers focuses on developing effective team communication rules to enhance overall team performance. Participants will learn strategies and participate in an exercise for setting clear communication expectations, fostering open dialogue, promoting transparency and approaches for including team members in the creation of the team’s norms/rules.
