Understand the importance of daily movement beyond structured exercise routines. This segment discusses national guidelines for physical activity, the health benefits of physical activity for all ages, and emphasizes the numerous ways you can incorporate more activity into your day.
Be ready for about 30 minutes of light exercise. No equipment is required, but we do recommend having an exercise mat handy. Keep your camera on or off, whichever makes you most comfortable. All fitness levels welcome!

Pre-Course Materials: All participants must complete the Activity Liability Waiver and Release Form prior to participation in this activity-based program. Form will also be emailed via your registration emailed receipt.
