In times of uncertainty, strong leadership and clear communication are more important than ever. This interactive workshop equips managers with practical strategies to navigate challenging conversations, foster transparency, and support their teams effectively. Participants will explore common communication challenges, share best practices, and gain insights into Mental Health First Aid—helping them recognize signs of stress in employees and provide appropriate support.

Please note that this virtual workshop is a camera-on event and there will be a breakout group for small group discussion. We kindly ask all participants to have their cameras on throughout the session to encourage active engagement and foster a collaborative learning environment.
