As we move into the final stages of the performance management process, understanding our team members’ career aspirations and what motivates them will be important in developing an effective development plan. This forum will examine the role of intrinsic motivation in enhancing individual and team effectiveness and fostering psychological safety. The discussion will focus on the connection between intrinsic motivation and psychological safety and how managers can foster this environment where team members feel secure, valued and encouraged to take risks, to embrace new learning opportunities.
We ask all participants to have their cameras on throughout the session to encourage active engagement and foster a collaborative learning environment. You may turn off your camera for occasional interruptions or for moments of privacy. Please note, there will be breakout sessions for small group discussion.
