Teamwork is the foundation for meeting objectives, however, it can be challenging to maintain high performing teams. Examine a free online Values Assessment tool managers can administer as a team building exercise to gain a better understanding of team member’s individual differences and preferences. Participants will take the assessment and learn how to interpret and facilitate the discussion with their teams. Additional facilitation support is available after the session as well.
60–90-minute discussion groups for managers to discuss and share their experiences on a specific leadership topic. Each forum will have a different topic with a brief overview provided and then opened for discussion amongst those in attendance.
