Topic: Adapting to Change

The ability to adapt and thrive amidst change is a crucial skill for all.  Using a Change Readiness Assessment, participants will gain insight into their personal responses to change as well as their strengths during times of change.  An understanding of the stages of change that we all experience will be discussed and the practical strategies we can employ to adapt during times of change.
