Professional Development workshops examine a wide variety of topics to enhance your personal and professional development. Topics include, but are not limited to; networking, work-life balance, communication skills and personal branding.
Topic: Leadership Without Formal Authority
Demonstrating and cultivating leadership skills is important for all positions. Leaders reside in a wide variety of positions beyond the role of manager. We will examine tips for developing and demonstrating your leadership potential, presence and influence, and particularly, in those situations where you may not have the formal authority of “manager”.
