Weekly Meditation
This workshop is a mindful approach to well-being and managing stress through gentle movements, breathing techniques, and an introduction to Sudarshan Kriya (SKY) meditation. During this 30 minute session, participants will be guided through evidence-based breathing techniques for deep relaxation.
Audience: This course is intended for Harvard Longwood Campus staff, faculty, post docs, and affiliates
