Dialogue Skills for Turbulent Times – Part 2 (HLC)

During these turbulent times, there are many important and risky conversations to have that require bravery as well as skill and planning. In this 90-minute training, the Harvard Ombuds Office will dive deeper into the fundamental elements for having a brave conversation that can positively affect the outcome.
Whether you joined us for Part One or this is your first introduction to the idea of a brave conversation, participants will practice these new skills and leave with tools to engage in their next important discussion.
