Zoom Virtual Webinar
In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn the essentials of strength training and put your knowledge to practice! Led by a certified personal trainer and weightlifting coach, this movement-focused workshop will cover:
- The benefits of strength training
- Key movement patterns to master
- Tips on crafting your own strength training workouts
You’ll spend the rest of the session practicing core exercises across foundational movement patterns. Be ready for about 15 minutes of light exercise. No equipment is required, but we do recommend having an exercise mat handy. Keep your camera on or off, whichever makes you most comfortable. All fitness levels welcome!
