Manager Discussion Forum: Change Leadership (HLC)

60–90-minute discussion groups for managers to discuss and share their experiences on a specific leadership topic. Each forum will have a different topic with a brief overview provided and then opened for discussion amongst those in attendance.

Topic- Change Leadership Participants will examine the essential behaviors necessary for effective change leadership. A key component of the workshop is the Change Readiness Survey, which assesses participants’ current leadership behaviors and identifies areas or strengths and areas for development. By engaging in interactive discussions and self-assessment, managers will leave with a new perspective of change leadership and ideas how to enhance their leadership effectiveness during periods of change. Audience: HLC Managers Only
