Manager Discussion Forum (HLC)- Managers Only

60–90-minute discussion groups for managers to discuss and share their experiences on a specific leadership topic. Each forum will have a different topic with a brief overview provided and then opened for discussion amongst those in attendance.

Topic: Dynamic Work – The Future of Work – Join other managers to share experiences and discuss our dynamic work successes and remaining challenges. It’s been three years since the pandemic hit, and while things have settled down, the nature of work has been changed. A brief introduction will provide an overview of the nature of hybrid work in the United States and then a discussion of Harvard’s guiding principles for dynamic work and the role managers play in dynamic work. This is the first in a series of Manager Discussion Forums where different topics will be discussed throughout the upcoming year to bring managers together to share their experiences with one another.
