Mark Addison, Program Officer for Nondiscrimination & Professional Conduct – Mark will present on the policies and support available to managers when handling matters of professional conduct in the workplace. The discussion forum will explore policies on nondiscrimination & anti-bullying (NDAB), Title IX and other Sexual Misconduct, as well as other concerns of professional conduct. We look forward to sharing and discussing strategies for managing in these difficult situations.
Manager Discussion Forums are 60–90-minute discussion groups for managers to discuss and share their experiences on a specific leadership topic. Each forum will have a different topic with a brief overview provided and then opened for discussion amongst those in attendance.
