Topic: Managing Professional Conduct in the Workplace
Presenter: Mark Addison, Program Officer for Staff Professional Conduct – Mark will present on the policies and support available to managers when handling matters of professional conduct in the workplace; topics may include, but not limited to non-discrimination, anti-bullying (NDAB), Title IX and other Sexual Misconduct. Share your experiences and discuss strategies for managing in these difficult situations.
60–90-minute discussion groups for managers to discuss and share their experiences on a specific leadership topic. Each forum will have a different topic with a brief overview provided and then opened for discussion amongst those in attendance.
