Topic: Foundations of Interpersonal Communication

As we enter 2025, this professional development workshop offers an opportunity to refine and elevate our interpersonal communication skills. Focusing on the primary areas crucial for effective communication—such as active listening, emotional intelligence, clear articulation, non-verbal communication and more—this session provides a comprehensive review to help you hone your personal communication style. Through practical exercises and engaging discussions, participants will gain actionable insights to enhance their ability to connect, collaborate, and lead with confidence in the year ahead.
