Professional Development Workshop: Increasing Your Emotional Intelligence to Navigate Relationships with Increased Insight and Self-Awareness

June 14 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am

Professional Development workshops examine a wide variety of topics to enhance your personal and professional development. Topics include, but are not limited to; networking, work-life balance, communication skills and personal branding.

In this session, “Increasing Your Emotional Intelligence to Navigate Relationships with Increased Insight and Self-Awareness”, participants will engage in a series of interactive activities and discussions aimed at developing emotional intelligence competencies such as self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills. Central to the workshop is the completion of an online personality assessment designed with the Myers-Briggs Type (MBTI) methodology, a widely used personality assessment tool that helps individuals understand their preferences, strengths, and areas for growth.

Through guided reflection and exploration, participants gain insights into their own behavioral patterns, communication styles, and decision-making processes. They learn how to leverage their unique personality traits to navigate challenges, build stronger relationships, and achieve their goals.
