Strengthening Your Resiliency Skill Set (HLC)

Research has shown that resilience impacts our well-being, performance, happiness and motivation levels. Research has also debunked the myth that resilience is a trait, and rather it is a skill that can be practiced and we have the ability to learn to increase our resilience. Join this workshop to further examine strategies to increase your resilience skill set and add new resources to your tool box for managing day-to-day life experiences.
